Exchange policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy (while stocks last), which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund policy

Refunds are only accepted for defective items. We have a 7-day refund policy which means you have 7 working days after receiving your item to request for a refund. Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify that we have received your returned item and you will be refunded in a minimum of 14 working days. The amount of refund will be based on the severity of the defect. 

Note that, after 7 working days of purchase, refund cannot be accepted even if item is not in good condition. We will not be responsible for your wear and tear.

Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted.

Caring for your Jiabasics Collection

All fabrics are considered delicate. Kindly hand wash or dry clean only. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
